Julia received her 200hr RYT certification through Brett Larkin Uplifted Yoga in 2020.

 

Growing up as a dancer, yoga has always been a part of her life in and outside of the

dance studio. Julia encourages students to honor their body's needs on any given day,

and allow the breath to fuel their movement with self love and gratitude.

 

She currently teaches at YogaSix leading a variety of styles (Hot, Slow Flow, Restore, Sculpt, & Power)

for one on ones and private parties!
